Returns, Refunds & Liability Policy
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted on opened or unopened products. Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Bruva Coffee is not responsible for loss, theft, or misdelivery. Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours with photographic proof. Replacements may be issued at Bruva Coffee’s discretion; refunds are never issued. Products may be processed in facilities handling allergens. Customers assume all risks associated with consumption. Liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restriction.
