All sales made through Bruva Coffee are final.
Due to the perishable, consumable, and food-grade nature of coffee and related products, Bruva Coffee does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
This applies to all products, including but not limited to:
Coffee (ground or whole bean)
Tea
Merchandise
Promotional or discounted items


NO REFUNDS — OPENED OR UNOPENED
Bruva Coffee does not issue refunds or exchanges for opened OR unopened products.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Dissatisfaction with taste or flavor
Personal preference
Change of mind
Delayed consumption
Failure to read product descriptions
Incorrect grind selection
Gifted items
Promotional or sale items
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their purchasing decision.
