Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order is shipped and marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers entirely to the carrier and the customer.
Bruva Coffee is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Misdelivered packages
Carrier delays
Weather-related delivery issues
Theft after delivery confirmation
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe delivery locations.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact Bruva Coffee within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.
At Bruva Coffee’s sole discretion, a replacement may be issued.
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
Failure to contact within 48 hours voids any claim.
HEALTH & ALLERGEN DISCLAIMER
Bruva Coffee products may be produced, packaged, or processed in facilities that handle common allergens, including but not limited to:
Nuts
Dairy
Soy
Wheat
Bruva Coffee does not guarantee allergen-free environments and assumes no responsibility for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse health effects resulting from the consumption of its products.
Customers with allergies or medical conditions should consult a medical professional prior to consumption.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing and consuming Bruva Coffee products, customers voluntarily assume all risks associated with the consumption and use of coffee and related products.
Bruva Coffee is not responsible for individual reactions, misuse, overconsumption, or adverse outcomes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bruva Coffee shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Incidental damages
Special damages
Consequential damages
Loss of enjoyment
Health-related claims
Emotional distress
In any circumstance where liability is established, Bruva Coffee’s total liability shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Customers are encouraged to contact Bruva Coffee directly with any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
Order refusal
Account restriction
Permanent ban from future purchases
Bruva Coffee reserves the right to dispute chargebacks by providing this policy, delivery confirmation, and transaction records to payment processors and financial institutions.
